Louk received his MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management Science at Eindhoven University of Technology in 1977. After obtaining his degree, he started his own investment company. Louk has a long track record of bringing start-ups to the market. He is partner at Pharmatide Invest (www.pharmatide.com), specialised in financing and business development of BioTech start-ups.
Louk’s prime interests are ventures in platform technologies. At Medlodi, Louk’s extensive financing experience and vast network of business angels are indispensable.

Dick received his MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management Science at Eindhoven University of Technology in 1992. After graduating, he joined Medtronic, Inc. where he spent 13 years in various management roles in operations, product development, business management, and strategic marketing. In 2005 he moved to Nucletron B.V. (now Elekta) as member of its MT responsible for Global Business Management. From 2012 until 2018 he held senior sales positions at AngioDynamics and AtriCure. He then became CEO for TMSi B.V., a Dutch MedTech scale-up, from 2018 to 2020.
Currently he is the CEO for YourRhythmics B.V., one of Medlodi’s portfolio companies.
